I had an excellent experience with this storage manager, Chris. He was very kind and friendly throughout our interactions, which made the entire process much more pleasant. Chris was extremely helpful on my visit into the office. Took him no time at all to come up with a solution for my needs. This is my first time using any storage services and he made it very easy and straightforward.

Went back to get something handled and Jamie was also excellent in helping out. Made the process very easy for us and its great that both times I've needed assistance it has been very seamless.

Had such an amazing experience with Jaime from the John Street location. She was very kind, very respectful and extremely patient explaining everything to my parents and showing them their options. She is a wonderful person who just wants to help and make the entire process as easy as possible for the customer. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a unit and to ask for Jaime she was just amazing. Thank you for all your help.
