This is one of the best storage unit rental stores I’ve ever been at. Emily was one of the best staff members I have ever come across in my life, extremely polite and absolutely a huge help. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied and confident that all your needs are met. Jamie and Chris were also extremely thorough and understanding with any questions I had. The entire staff completely catered to all of my needs. This is the only storage place I would recommend to anyone, being way beyond the industry standard and very polite as a bonus. Keep it up! :)

I had an amazing experience renting a storage unit in Mississauga thanks to Emily and Chris. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs, explained all the options clearly, and made the whole process fast and stress-free. The facility was clean, secure, and well-organized, and their customer service was truly top-notch. I’ve had a great experience with Access Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Chris and Jamie were helpful and professional from the moment I signed up, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciate the gates access and maintained units. I got a call from Jamie she was amazing on explaining and very accommodating. I scheduled in person meeting and Jamie and Chris was amazing and helpful, they answered all my questions and help me out with the promotions and where able to actually help me more than I anticipated. The storage are is amazing and very well maintained. I suggest everyone to go to this location as nobody cant beat them.

We got there to store our furniture in between moves. Once we got there, we got an amazing deal and great customer service! I can’t remember his name but thanks again to the male manager that helped us yesterday!! Really appreciated and would recommend!!
