I went to the Access storage at John St, Mississauga, to explore storing my household stuff during house transfer. I was greeted there by Chris, who from the moment I entered was friendly, patient and accommodating.
Chris listened to my needs and explained how storage works, and what options I have. I had some some research before stepping in, and had my questions too. Which He patiently answered. He even shared details of a great discount going on. Needless to say I found the solution I was looking for and booked a place immediately, since he put all my apprehension at ease. I can vouch for the professionalism of this place and warmth of Chris comfortably.

Sure the unit we rented a few weeks ago was good enough and we had a few questions and Jamie was such a doll! She made it all smooth sailing for us. The place was clean and spacious. The location is just what we needed aswell. Thank you Jamie for being so understanding and making this experience so uncomplicated. If we could give 10 stars we would!
