I had an excellent experience with this storage manager, Chris. He was very kind and friendly throughout our interactions, which made the entire process much more pleasant. My experience with Access Storage was great. It was affordable and I had no issues to get a storage locker unit for my things. There's different size storage units to choose from, whether you have many items or just a few items. The online account is straight forward and easy to navigate when making your monthly payments, which includes different payment options. Overall I never once had an issue or a complaint for the time I was using a storage unit. I can truly say I was satisfied and I appreciated how respectable and friendly the customer service was throughout the duration I was using the storage unit. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to store their items.

This was way easier than we thought it would be. Thanks to Jamie and her friendly nature and bubbly personality, we felt right at ease. The facility has character and meeting Jamie was the best part. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Cannot thank you enough, JAMIE!

Chris was extremely helpful on my visit into the office. Took him no time at all to come up with a solution for my needs. This is my first time using any storage services and he made it very easy and straightforward.

Went back to get something handled and Jamie was also excellent in helping out. Made the process very easy for us and its great that both times I've needed assistance it has been very seamless.
