The staff were easy to deal with and explained everything. Access to the storge unit was easy as all were ground level. Area was clean and organized. Alan was a great help.

Great Place For Storage, Multiple Loading Bays, Climate Controlled, Spacious Parking and 10/10 In Person Client Support. Booked the units through their call centre, went in person spoke to the assistant manager Brandon, he took the time to give me a tour of the place even though it was end of day office hours on Sunday. Fantastic storage facility all around. The only issue that I had was how far the storage unit was to the loading area, so when you book online through the call centre make sure to ask for a map of the facility and whether the storage is on ground level, since for us it was a long walk to get there.

I have been here for a couple of months and it's a good place to store what you need to store, there is a bathroom that is always clean since I have been here, there is a drive in to which is a bonus for cold days, the staff are helpful and the property is maintained ok to standards, but I do see the side walls inside gets damaged up a lot from something consistently hitting or rubbing up against it.
I find the pricing to be fair for the size you get.

Alan was absolutely amazing and super helpful! We rented a unit for business storage and were originally put in a very inconvenient spot, but Alan did an amazing job and moved us to the closest spot with the best access—no problem at all!
