I’ve had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Miruna, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the moment I walked in, her kindness and patience stood out. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares — and that constant smile on her face just makes the whole experience that much better.
The facility itself is spotless and so well-maintained. It smells fresh the moment you walk through the door, and there’s this calming, welcoming vibe that instantly puts you at ease. I am extremely satisfied with Access Storage services, very clean and spacious storage units. Staff are very professional, helpful and polite, especially Sarah who assisted me several times through the process and changing my access storage code, she swiftly responded to my e-mails and was of great help.
