Jose and Allison were amazing in helping us determine the best option for our needs. They gave us many options and helped us through the issues we encountered. We were decided on moving to another place already closer to us but they showed us a much better option we couldn’t refuse and showed us outstanding customer service while helping us figure out what to do. Very nice staff with lots of patience! I tend to ask for people to repeat stuff a lot, so I was very happy that Amber was patience with me constantly asking for information to be repeated.
The unit I got was very clean and the staff helped me get a unit that was closer to the stairs.
10/10 would store again if needed. : D
