My husband and I recently rented a storage unit here, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The price is unbeatable compared to other units we’ve used in the past, and getting 50% off for 12 weeks was an incredible bonus.
The facility itself is spotless—the unit and hallways are very clean and well-maintained, which gave us a lot of confidence storing our belongings here.

First of all, I would like to thank Amber for the excellent customer service. She took the time to show me all the available units that I have asked, including 5×10 and 5×5, and genuinely guided me on choosing the right size based on the items I have. Her recommendations were very helpful, and the overall experience was truly positive.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, and the facility is generally clean. I also appreciated that it is a heated indoor storage facility with two large loading bay doors, which makes moving items much more convenient.
However, things I don't like. If your unit is on the second floor (they are cheaper), be aware that there is no elevator, so all items must be carried up and down the stairs. This can be very inconvenient, especially for heavy or bulky belongings.
Another more major issue to me, is that more and more renters appear to operate their storage units like small flea market businesses at night and the weekend, with merchandise left in the hallways for sale. Letting non unit owner (their customer) comes in and out without supervision. While management seems to allow but it creates a cluttered and less professional atmosphere than I would expect from an indoor storage facility.
If you need a unit to do both store and sell your merchandise as a front. I would recommend this storage unit for you.
