Apple Self storage was extremely busy! When I arrived there was a line up and the staff are very polite and accommodating. Amber, Allison and Ayman were efficient and thorough with everyone. Customer service 10/10. Facility is clean, and temperature controlled. I trust my belongings to be safe and secured here. Thanks . They should be called the "A" Team cause they're awesome and their names all start with A's.

I had a fantastic experience with Apple Self Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind about storing my belongings. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me choose the right unit for my needs. The process was straightforward, and I appreciated the flexibility in access hours. Jose and Allison were amazing in helping us determine the best option for our needs. They gave us many options and helped us through the issues we encountered. We were decided on moving to another place already closer to us but they showed us a much better option we couldn’t refuse and showed us outstanding customer service while helping us figure out what to do. Very nice staff with lots of patience! I tend to ask for people to repeat stuff a lot, so I was very happy that Amber was patience with me constantly asking for information to be repeated.
The unit I got was very clean and the staff helped me get a unit that was closer to the stairs.
10/10 would store again if needed. : D
