My partner and I went in today to make
Sure the unit we rented a few weeks ago was good enough and we had a few questions and Jamie was such a doll! She made it all smooth sailing for us. The place was clean and spacious. The location is just what we needed aswell. Thank you Jamie for being so understanding and making this experience so uncomplicated. If we could give 10 stars we would!

I had an excellent experience with this storage manager, Chris. He was very kind and friendly throughout our interactions, which made the entire process much more pleasant. This was way easier than we thought it would be. Thanks to Jamie and her friendly nature and bubbly personality, we felt right at ease. The facility has character and meeting Jamie was the best part. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Cannot thank you enough, JAMIE!

Just took out all my stuff from access storage as I am moving to a bigger space, it has been stored there for over a year. All of my stuff are in the same condition I left them - staff have always been helpful whether that was over the phone or in-person. My experience at their location in 37 John Street has been a smooth process!
