A very reliable storage solution service. One of the best in Mississauga. Been using for numerous years. Never had any issues, Security & privacy is always a top priority at this location. The John st. location provides Outstanding customer service by the staff, and especially the manager Chris who goes above and beyond to attend to clients needs and ensure it’s always a smooth experience. Highly recommended. 5 star customer service & client care.

After meeting with Chris, the store manager, for my storage needs, I would give him 5 stars plus if I could for his sincere and friendly, above and beyond customer service. Of course, I took a tour of this very clean facility and I would highly recommend based on Chris and his staff for top notch customer service, best price offered, and ideal, accessible location.

I had a great experience at this facility. The environment is well-maintained. I was worried when torrential rains flooded Mississauga but the facility was dry and well maintained throughout. My interactions with the company and staff was also great. I truly felt valued by the company and its staff. It's refreshing to engage with a business that prioritizes customer respect and integrity, without any attempt to overcharge. Highly recommended!

Was having such a rough day and I came in to check out a unit I reserved online, and Chris just made the experience way better. He was knowledgeable and smart and he made me laugh which I 100% needed in that moment. He made sure I left happy with my rental choice! Thanks a bunch Chris! I will always recommend this storage unit facility to anyone who asks thanks to Chris and the awesome experience I had!!:)
