Had such an amazing experience with Jaime from the John Street location. She was very kind, very respectful and extremely patient explaining everything to my parents and showing them their options. She is a wonderful person who just wants to help and make the entire process as easy as possible for the customer. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a unit and to ask for Jaime she was just amazing. Thank you for all your help.

My experience with Access Storage was great. It was affordable and I had no issues to get a storage locker unit for my things. There's different size storage units to choose from, whether you have many items or just a few items. The online account is straight forward and easy to navigate when making your monthly payments, which includes different payment options. Overall I never once had an issue or a complaint for the time I was using a storage unit. I can truly say I was satisfied and I appreciated how respectable and friendly the customer service was throughout the duration I was using the storage unit. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to store their items.
