Had such an amazing experience with Jaime from the John Street location. She was very kind, very respectful and extremely patient explaining everything to my parents and showing them their options. She is a wonderful person who just wants to help and make the entire process as easy as possible for the customer. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a unit and to ask for Jaime she was just amazing. Thank you for all your help.

I had an excellent experience with this storage manager, Chris. He was very kind and friendly throughout our interactions, which made the entire process much more pleasant. What impressed me most was how helpful he was - he went above and beyond to assist with my storage needs and answered all my questions thoroughly.His professionalism really stood out as well. He handled everything efficiently and maintained a courteous, knowledgeable approach from start to finish. I got a call from Jamie she was amazing on explaining and very accommodating. I scheduled in person meeting and Jamie and Chris was amazing and helpful, they answered all my questions and help me out with the promotions and where able to actually help me more than I anticipated. The storage are is amazing and very well maintained. I suggest everyone to go to this location as nobody cant beat them.
