I absolutely loved the staff here! They did everything they could to make our stressful renovation process so easy! The accessibility is so close to the doors and my husband and I were relived. Basement renovations in the winter were not ideal and in our plans. So thank you Jamie and Chris for making us laugh and taking a load off of our shoulders. I would recommend this place 100%! Thank you both again for such a smooth experience. Customer service at its finest!

I went to the Access storage at John St, Mississauga, to explore storing my household stuff during house transfer. I was greeted there by Chris, who from the moment I entered was friendly, patient and accommodating. Chris listened to my needs and explained how storage works, and what options I have. I had some some research before stepping in, and had my questions too. Which He patiently answered. He even shared details of a great discount going on. Needless to say I found the solution I was looking for and booked a place immediately, since he put all my apprehension at ease. I can vouch for the professionalism of this place and warmth of Chris comfortably.

The store manager Christopher Nannan was great! Gave us the best deals and customer service. Highly recommend!! Great storage units and parking spaces as well!!!
