I had an excellent experience at Access Storage on John Street in Mississauga, thanks to Gurjant Singh. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help.
I had some difficulty with language barriers, and the fact that Gurjant speaks Punjabi made a huge difference. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His kindness and respect made what could have been a stressful experience very easy.
Gurjant is a great example of what outstanding customer service looks like. Employees like him are a valuable asset to any company. His dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond for customers deserve recognition from management.

I had an excellent experience at Access Storage on John Street. Jaime and Cris provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They are very lovely, friendly, generous, and always willing to help. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made the entire process easy and stress-free.
They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. It is rare to find people who genuinely care and go above and beyond to assist others. Thank you, Jaime and Cris, for your outstanding service and warm hospitality. I highly recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility with amazing staff!

Ive been in the market looking around for a storage unit, and was referred to try Access Storage. Lets just say, I was not disappointed!
I went to one of the locations with a list of questions, and as soon as i entered i was greeted with kindness by a wonderful young woman!
I than proceeded to the front desk to ask my questions, and Jamie-Caroline Rivas answered everything i needed plus more with her expertise, kindness, and recommendation for which unit size would suit me best!
Jamie than proceeded to take time guiding me with a map she outlined for me to navigate the facility with while calculating price ranges that would fit my budget
