I had an excellent experience at Access Storage on John Street in Mississauga, thanks to Gurjant Singh. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help.
I had some difficulty with language barriers, and the fact that Gurjant speaks Punjabi made a huge difference. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His kindness and respect made what could have been a stressful experience very easy.
Gurjant is a great example of what outstanding customer service looks like. Employees like him are a valuable asset to any company. His dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond for customers deserve recognition from management.

I had an excellent experience at Access Storage on John Street. Jaime and Cris provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They are very lovely, friendly, generous, and always willing to help. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made the entire process easy and stress-free.
They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. It is rare to find people who genuinely care and go above and beyond to assist others. Jamie and Christ are awesome and so helpful!!! Very attentive and thorough with instruction. At first we were worried about the heated and no CC but the storages are very clean, cool and very secure with 4 elevators and 4 loading bays with trolleys ready. 24/7 camera surveillance and guards at night. Overall very happy with the experience. Highly recommend!!
