I absolutely cannot stress how great and calming the employees at the self store is. They were very kind and accommodating to me when I moved and continue to be amazing. The employee that helped me the most was Dianna. The facilities is clean and well thought out. I receive courtesy phone calls before my payment due date and there’s always complimentary beverages for customers. Great customer service and professionalism. I 100% recommend this location of self store.

I have been using Safe Self Storage in Mississauga West since 2021. Recently, I have rented yet another one within that location. I'm happy to report that the assistance I received was exemplary. Special thanks to Dilip Patel who is a manager at this location. His help was very professional, explained once again all details related to the contract, walked me through the process and was very helpful. Would recommend the location and Dilip Patel to anyone in search of a well maintained storage. Thanks.

We had an important need for a unit on a Sunday when the business office is closed. We were in west Quebec and managed, with the exceptional help from a gentleman named Dilip , to arrange everything needed for a Sunday access. Great service and a very patient employee 👍🏻

A warm welcome, smiling employees who will not misguide you and moreover good deals - what else can you ask for? This was the second storage location I visited and from the moment I left I knew this was it. Situated on an enclosed facility with ample options available, I'd definitely recommend them for all your storage needs.
