I cannot say enough wonderful things about Audrey and her coworker! From the moment I walked in, their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were evident.
Audrey went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled seamlessly. Her patience, and willingness to accommodate my needs truly a blessing. She didn’t just provide service, she created an experience. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated, proactive, and committed to excellence.

Had a really great experience with the staff in the front. Very helpful, insightful and caring. I appreciate the smooth process of getting my unit. They were kind and caring would recommend my friends to come here.

I can’t say enough how much support and understanding they have provided me. I was having hard times and needed to use the storage often to get access to my things and organizing and don’t hours at the facility and they were extremely me welcoming. I hope that everyone that needs storage and it’s going through hard times are z as benefits benefit from your services as sometimes in life you need to get full access of the storage at all hours of the day for as long as we need it. They were very personable and and clean environment. Please be sure they will treat you with respect and understand if you need to use your storage for all hours they are open. It was very safe as well and the washroom was clean. I would recommend getting g a few more washrooms and also an area covered for when rain and snow and you have your belonging and items in the open. I would recommend to also put in plugs that are designed to plug in phones to charge as we need this to do everything. I had a great experience and very personable. Thank you kindly:)

An amazing experience! Anshul Bhargava, Assistant Manager Was amazing to deal with. He was honest, helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted me in getting the perfect rental price on my existing unit and was quick to get an answer from his Manger for me. And follow up was quick and professional. The staff at this facility are amazing and quite excited to help you any time I have been there. Robin as well always helps me when Needed. I have been a customer here for over a year now. Amazing service!!!!
