PROs :
● SUPER HELPFUL STAFF
Bongie, who gave me access and the Store Manager AUDREY who helped me check out were immensely cooperative,helpul and kind.Made it so easy for me
● IMPECCABLY CLEAN UNIT
The entire facility is well lit,well maintained, clean with sturdy Carts available, to haul your stuff
● Pocket Friendly
They have deals going on for units so I got a great deal for 4 weeks. Proved to be really beneficial for me
● Locks Available at the facility that you can buy for your unit if you don't bring one
CONs :
● None!!...Maybe Not enough of these everywhere. Lol

An amazing experience! Anshul Bhargava, Assistant Manager Was amazing to deal with. He was honest, helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted me in getting the perfect rental price on my existing unit and was quick to get an answer from his Manger for me. And follow up was quick and professional. The staff at this facility are amazing and quite excited to help you any time I have been there. Robin as well always helps me when Needed. I have been a customer here for over a year now. Amazing service!!!!

I recently rented a storage unit at Access Storage located at (L265), Summerville Court (Mississauga East) and had an outstanding experience. The facility is impeccably clean, well-lit, and provides a strong sense of security with its gated access and surveillance cameras. The move-in process was seamless, thanks to a simple rental procedure and flexible access hours. However, what truly made the experience memorable were the staff members. Audrey and Umang were not only professional and friendly but also took the time to patiently address all my inquiries. They even offered me a refreshing bottle of cold water! I wholeheartedly recommend Access Storage to anyone in need of a trustworthy and professional storage solution.

I recently used Access Storage Mississauga East and had such a great experience. Audrey was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. Umang was also a huge help making sure we got the right size unit for our needs after we were told otherwise by a sales rep over the phone. Both Audrey and Umang made the process stress-free and truly showed what great customer service should be. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!
