This is such a clean facility. No odd smells exist. Has a very friendly and professional staff. Audrey and Jamie are always ready to completely explain all details and answer any questions. Easy access available to my unit. Very glad that I came here! I am going to be recommending this place to my other friends in the future who would need a storage space. Best experience. Can purchase locks too so very convenient.

I do not usually write letters, so this one carries a bit more weight and it is well deserved by your manager Audrey at the Summerville court location.
I have been a client of this storage lot for many years, even before it became Access Storage. Over that time, I have been helped by many of the onsite employees and managers with my ongoing rental spot. In all of that time, the most helpful, patient and understanding employee has been Audrey. On every occasion, whether it was explaining something I didn't understand, or alleviated my concerns, Audrey has been very helpful, kind and considerate.
