Vaultra Storage - Sherway

Vaultra storage has been a favourite of mine for a long time, their service quiet like no other! Lorie has always been kind to me as well, providing such a warming and welcoming environment for customers. I would recommand this facility to anyone who wants a secure place for their belongings. One of the best storage units out there!

Cleanest storage place! Rooms are clean and spacious, hallways are always clean as well. Driveway to load and unload is always clear and organized. Lori in particular is always a welcoming face and has been super helpful with any questions! Highly recommend this place for storage :)

My husband and I have been with vaultra for 3 years and I must say their service is like no other. Lorri who works at the front desk is very friendly and polite, she provides such a welcoming environment for costumers. Always on her feet keeping the place clean or helping costumers. I have had storage elsewhere before where the service and communication was horrible but I must say that the Lenworth location and staffs there are the best. Thank you guys for an amazing 3 years.

I found the staffs in the office very friendly and helping. Specially Lorri the representative was kind enough to give me a great deal. She took her time to make me happy with the tour and pricing. I was deciding between two storage facilities and I visited Vaultra first. I never made it to the second visit because Lorri was just so excellent, friendly and professional at what she does. She’s very common very complete and really takes the time to listen, and even explained to me all the different promotions they had and helped me choose the best one for me. Lorri and Andrey works so nicely as a team and that made the whole hemisphere very pleasant. They just create a lot of trustworthiness with how they conduct themselves. I noticed that they treated every single person that came in equally nicely. I was originally a little hesitant about the multi story concept, but the facility is very well designed. It is extremely clean and bright, and feels very secure. In addition, the location is very easy to access and Italy pretty good neighborhood. Last, but definitely not the least, Lorri was very good at explaining everything that she arranged with me. Really pleasant place and I expect to be here for the long-term.
